To reserve a tee time online, please follow these steps:
- Select the desired course(s). To select all courses, press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking on each of the three courses.
- Select the search date, desired start time, and number of players. Click the Search for Tee Times button.
- Select from the list of available tee times by clicking in the box next to the desired tee time. Click the Continue button.
- Login to the reservation system. If this is your first time reserving online, click on Register a New Account. If you have a User ID and Password, enter them and click the Login button.
- Confirm your reservation, which will reflect regular rates. Member rates and/or discounts will be applied at check-in.
- To guarantee your reservation, enter your credit card number and expiration date, and then click Continue (Guests only). We may charge this card only if you fail to cancel in time or do not show for your reserved tee time.
- Confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
For all day play, please call the Pro Shop at 360-757-1900 or 800-624-0202 to make a reservation.
To cancel or modify a tee time reservation made online:
- Click the Search for Tee Times button.
- Click Your Account on the top of the page.
- Login to the Reservation System.
- Follow the instructions to cancel or modify a tee time reservation

Cancellations and No-Shows
For reservations made more than one day in advance, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time. We reserve the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee per player in the event any or all of the players do not cancel within 24 hours, or do not show for the reservation.
For reservations made within 24 hours of the tee time, you may not cancel the reservation. If you do not show, or are missing players, we reserve the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee per player.
To avoid any charges, please click Your Account (online) and follow the instructions or call the golf course to cancel or modify your tee time. In case of severe inclement weather, we will, at our sole discretion, waive the policy.
