The North Nine is unique in that it offers three par 3s, three par 4s and three par 5s. The variety of holes on this nine is fantastic. No two holes play alike. It is very important to get off to a good start on this nine because holes 4 through 7 will test the limits of any golfer’s abilities. These four holes represent the most challenging stretch anywhere on the course. The 4th hole requires a long, accurate approach shot to a green that is narrow and undulating. The par 3, 5th hole measures 227 from the back tee…enough said. The 6th, at 594 yards, is our longest hole. Both your second and third shots must stay clear of a large lake that protects the green. The 7th hole requires both an accurate tee ball and an approach that must finish on the appropriate half of the green to have a reasonable shot at par
